You can't go to a MD game and wear the opposing teams jersey or you will get the shit beaten out of you. (they scream 'ASSHOLE" the whole game at you, non stop)

If you are referring MD football, this is not true at all. I've had season tickets for over 15 years, I would notice. I've brought friends that wore their teams colors, VT, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and never had an issue. Maybe a little good natured ribbing but nothing threatening.

I'm just telling you what I saw. I wasn't a Clemson hater back then. I rooted for both schools because I wanted SC schools to do well.

It very well could have been an isolated incident, I don't know. I don't go to Death Valley anymore. I suppose I would if I had tickets.

It's not something I hold against them today. I did back then. I have a huge distaste for knuckleheads at any school or in any sport.

I don't mind the trash talking. In fact, I like it, and will do a little myself. I don't like the destructive nature of some fans regardless of school affiliation. That day I was there, it happened to be Clemson fans.

You won't hear me knock Clemson University as a school. It's a very good school.

I still root against their teams though! That's business! <G>
