oh bummer! Look on the positive side. Going to the beach to build sand castles out of the sand could be replaced with using the tar balls to build tar babies. Chambers of commerce could even sponsor tar baby building contests. How many people can actually say I went to the beach back then and built a tar baby out of the tar balls. Hear are the photos.
