FYI!!!!...VVUS (in my opinion) was cleared by the FDA!!! This man had used MUSE hundreds of times in the past and his death was pure coincidence!

However I agree that the stock coming down from 40 to these levels was because someone knew about this when it happened!

I repeat it is my understanding that VVUS has no responsibility and the FDA case is CLOSED!

It was just bad timing (or good timing depending on how you look at it) for this 79 year ols patient with a history of medical problems who with held pertinent info. from his clinician!

Anaxagoras, thanks for the medical info/update: A 79 year old drops dead of a heart attack using Vivus! This is what the coroner will label I am sure as " an unexpected death" and I am sure Vivus will have to work hard to undo the PR damage this has done.Keep us posted.
