Why has the sell signal stayed down at the low this time? Usually it seems to follow the trend kind of like a Bollinger Band, so that there are still prfits to take when it is triggered. Why is it acting differently this time?

TSLA: Tesla: RE: "Will somebody please start buying so we can get this rally going?" I put in a personal order last week for the TSLA IPO. 300 shares. Did not add it to my newsletter portfolio because my broker requires $500,000 account which is probably above what many have.... so it is only a personal buy... I heard this AM that Musk, the out-of-cash CEO will sell nearly another 1M of his shares to increase the offering but no dilution techcrunch.com I had a friend last week ask me to buy shares for her and I said she will have to buy on the open market after the IPO since I am not a broker, etc.... I checked to see this AM if I could get more for my ROTH and found the offering is closed and I am only allowed to reduce... probably means more subscribed than there are shares available even with Musk selling more. Cramer said only buy on the IPO then flip shares... expects it to pop. How often is he wrong? COuld it fly like another Google without fundamentals at the time of the IPO? I think if the whole global warming scam that has people paying a fortune to buy bamboo floors or whatever to slow the global heating from the sun putting out more energy REQUIRES this IPO to be successful. Remember the VCs here in Silicon Valley were a big part of putting Obama into office and they will get paid when they can sell appreciated shares via IPOs and later distributions with low capital gains taxes... AFTER several years much as happened in the 1990s with internet stocks. Of course, maybe cave man and cow farts caused the glaciers that once covered North America and carve out Yosemite Valley to vanish. If not... getting in early and using some wise money management could be berry, berry profitable. BTW, follow the money. YOu think putting Al Gore, Mr Fly a private jet around to warn of man induced global warming, on the the boards of Apple and Google so he could get rich with stock options is a coincidence? Who do you think made the decision and has portfolios of global warming "solution" IPOs ready to launch as soon as the market is ready and they can get that crap and trade bill passed?
