Actually, Cymi is holding its own in the storm. Others I follow are down substantially more both in absolute and percentage terms. Hang on. My only concern is that this environment means the recovery we dream of is going to take a lot longer to get here.

jess.

All:

Stay calm and do not panic. Cymer will be OK today. There are some confusion in the market direction regarding the 384K payroll and 4.7% unemployment. Deflation or inflation. At this point most MM seem to take the inflationary route, but some are still considering deflation. For Cymer, long and short seem to reach an equilibrium. Intel will do just fine today and will bring this market up a bit.

If Nikkei achieves just a marginal performance on Sunday night, the balance for Cymer will further tip to the long side. Japan, and neither Hangseng nor Telebras, needs to be watched in the next few days. Japan is our wild card for the rest of next week.

God Bless
