If I were supreme leader, I would pull all of the troops out of Afghanistan and Iraq and mass them along the Mexican border. I would not only authorize lethal force against anyone setting foot across the border illegally, but I would issue an executive order directing the troops to shoot to kill anyone who sets foot across the border illegally. After the border is completely secure -- which should not take long -- I would then require every person in the United States to receive a United States of America ID card. The ID card would be required for citizens to engage in any form of commerce, business, or the procurement of medical care, education, housing, public assistance, or any type of license or permit. The ID card would be free to all citizens. To obtain this USA ID card, one must produce a genuine, honest-to-goodness, bona fide United States birth certificate. This does not include the so-called "long form" certificate of live birth, which is meaningless. I would make it a felony for anyone to exist in the USA without the ID card. I would also make it a felony for any citizen or business not to immediately report all persons who attempt to engage in any form of trade or activity without the ID card. Illegal alien sightings would be immediately reported to ICE and ICE would respond immediately. ICE would be significantly increased in size in terms of personnel, resources, and authority. ICE would become a heavily-armed organization on a mission of deporting invaders, as opposed to the friendly-handed Holiday Inn patsy group that it is now. Oh, and more good news! The significant expansion of ICE would greatly benefit America’s unemployment situation! American citizens who are unemployed, love guns, and are sick and tired of their country being overrun, invaded, and occupied by illegal aliens would definitely need to apply! As the illegal aliens are identified, they would be immediately deported to their countries of origin. All of their personal assets, cash, and financial instruments, save the clothes on their backs, would be seized and used to fund the entire USA ID card, ICE, and the deportation operation. For those who say that it is not logistically possible to remove tens of millions of illegals, I call bull$hit! The nation buses millions of children to and from school five days a week, and it has for decades. Finding and deporting all illegals is very possible! After a period of ten years, with the vast majority of all illegals removed, their enablers imprisoned, and the sovereignty of the nation restored, I would eliminate the USA ID card and scale back ICE, but the Mexican border would remain fully secured. Of course, that's probably why I am not the supreme leader. ;-)
