Michal:

Perhaps you are a little bit lost here...

Sandbag makes chips with sand, it does not write software, therefore it has nothing to do with fixing antique Cobol problems.

Sandbag will survive way after year 2000 unless we run out of sand to make chips. Kids, no more playing with sand on the beach, OK?

To replace EEPROM in a circuit board with flash, it's no easy feat. You have to redesign the circuit board (different interface between flash and eeprom), and then to take advantage of the "reprogrammability" of the flash, you have to add some kind of communication means to the circuit board, takes lot of board real estate and no easy task either.

Last, I think the Y2K sector is in big trouble right now, don't you think so? I am looking to buy IMRS below 20, and I think we have one last chance to make money in the Y2K sector in early '98 because of the scare and the hype.

Mike.

P.S. I am just "released" by the webmistress after serving a little time for opening my big mouth.
