The government withdrawing a program? Haha

Well, that's the rub. The stipulation of my fantasy was that I would be the supreme leader.

Under my rule, I would eliminate many government programs, policies, rules, and laws. Likewise, I would eliminate many government offices, departments, and positions. I would strengthen the criminal justice system and build many more prisons and execution centers for those who cannot behave and act civilized.

Our tax system would be a very simple one, based purely on consumption and usage. No one would be taxed on income from work, investments, or on personal property or real estate.

Under my rule, the budget would be immediately balanced and it would never become unbalanced again.

If you like freedom, the idea of keeping what is yours, and the concept that life's rewards should be based on merit, intelligence, personal ability, and proven achievement, you would like me very much. Someone like you would do well in the country.

If you think that wealthier people owe you something, or that rewards in life should be based on the misguided "holistic" worldview of egalitarians, or that criminals are as important as their victims, you would not like me very much. Indeed, someone with those views would not fare very well in the reborn America I envision, but he would be free to leave and we would help to expedite his one-way departure.
