I think I heard that too, but I was paying more attention to their comments that were relevant to NAND than to lawsuits. MU has historically been involved in myriad lawsuits and they were a defendant in the case that BH alluded to, so the number doesn't surprise me.

I thought that what they said about Intel and their Singapore fab was the most interesting comment they made in the CC. Plus the fact that they don't expect any increase in production for the next 2 quarters. Those are both very bullish for Sandisk, IMHO. And they effectively said that they believe that their 25nm production is just competitive with Sandisk's x3 at 32nm, but were still being qualified.

IMHO, Sandisk had a great quarter, and will have an even better quarter in Q3.
