Fascinating, I wonder if Byrd would concur with the West Virginia Secretary of State's ruling. Also, wonder if Byrd had any thoughts on this before his death-----will he speak from the grave.

Of course this is a good way to pass the buck from the Governor to the Secretary of State. She will take the heat in this ruling if it is challenged.

Frankly, I haven't read the exact wording for W.Va.-----would like to do so. Hope it will be made available for West Virginians and Americans to read.

The Secretary of State has made her ruling known----how about the Attorney General of W.Va.? Will the Attorney General agree?

I have a link that I will post later for discussion by West Virginians who live in W. Va. -----ultimately whenever an election is held it will be the citizens of West Virginia who will decide.
