Why? Because Scott Brown doesn't think banks should pay for their regulation. He wants the American taxpayers to pay.

Nonsense. Only the loonies in the Austrian School believe this. There is a reason why Krugman doesn't recognize it, it doesn't exist.

The only way we will hit a double-dip is if we institute the measures the Republicans want. Which would play into their hands. That way they can blame the Democrats, despite the fact it would be their policies that caused it.

But, whatever it takes to get back into power, eh? That way they can resume looting the country...
