You've spoken highly of your housekeeper before and it's clear you consider her not only a good employee, but a good friend also. She's one of the best people I've ever had the good fortune to meet. When my dad became bedridden with Parkinsons and my mom incapacitated with dementia, she and her family took care of them and the property, so they wouldn't have to be put in a "rest home." Her daughter and son-in-law moved into the house and took care of them, fed them, took care of the house, did the shopping, ran errands, and had to change them. Her husband did the gardening - it was a big place. It allowed them to stay in their home until their time came. I could fill volumes with all the big and little things she's done for me and my family. I will give up every expense I have to keep her employed.
