You exaggerate the statements in article beyond their intent. Again acting out in a duplicitious and deceptive manner for which is your M.O. of course. All resources available to maximize clean-up efficiency should be employed. There would be plenty of booms left over for Alaska, CA, etc. Louisiana is still waiting for a maximized effort from the ONE and his Administration. one Billion dollars to build hundreds of miles of sand berms --- taking more then a year to finish (LOL) This was just one idea among many that were floated.
