The article was written by Reuter's columnist Felix Salmon, (not "Buddy"... so it ISN'T "Buddy's editorializing" tex! LOL! Your reading cpomprehension seems to have skipped a beat or two....) And basically all the article did was report on the recent decision of Iceland's High Court. Which court decision is a plain and simple FACT. The decision is exactly as described, (whether you "like" the court's ruling or not is a different matter....) The court ruled that the indexing is illegal, and that the borrowers need only to repay the loans at their initial interest rate in kronur... not in foreign currencies. So take it up with the high court in Iceland if you have a problem with them favoring the 'home team'. Lot's o' luck with that! LOL!
