WOODBRIDGE, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 1997--Pyrocap International (OTC:PYOC) announced Friday that the Snap-on Tools Co. (NYSE:SNA) has agreed to sell FIRE CAP(TM) fire suppression canisters through the Snap-on worldwide distribution network. The arrangement with Snap-on Tools Co., the world's leading mobile tool distributor, was procured earlier this year by FIRE CAP(TM) distributor Mid-State Fire Systems of Charlotte, N.C. Mid-State Fire Systems, the company responsible for the contract with the Kiwanis Clubs that was announced last month, is a distributor for the Colbra Corp. of Jackson, Miss.
