My long-term goal in life is to make that more likely.

I'm not sure I want to do that via public policy, though. That usually lends itself toward "one size fits all" solutions, and that just leaves too many behind.

I just take Buffet's word on it, "Sure, there's a class war. My class started it, and we're winning it."

I think Buffet is too modest - his class has WON it, mainly thanks to Stockholm Syndrome cube clones like Ten. They believe they are better off with corporate crumbs and uber-wealthy table scraps.
