TOO BULL FOR SCHOOL! appears to be primarily messages from two people who both joined Silicon Investor on August 14, 2009.

As they both post on the same boards, and share the same inchoate personality, I assume the two posters are actually one person.

It is a complete mystery to me why someone would waste their time in this manner. I'd suggest the possibility the many posts are machine generated with macros.
