That ridiculous proposed award just hilights the crappy, ridiculous situation we've put our military IN. Our military is trained at great expense and equipped with the world's finest weapons to identify and destroy targets with extreme prejudice, following orders with no moral or ethical thought needed or sought.

NOT to nation-build, win friends and influence people. We do THAT with the Peace Corps!
