It would be great but since dogs have incredible hearing I doubt it would be feasible to make something that effectively worked. Those foam inserts used at gun ranges are amazing. I guess if folks knew they wouldn't block noise similar to the reductions humans have, yet still allow your pooch to remain calm around fireworks, etc., it could be viable.
