we don't need no steenkin' hoover dams....we're gonna pay each other to insulate our underwater homes!

"Here's one idea. Here's something that hasn't passed Congress yet. Everybody would benefit from more energy efficiency in their home. And everybody knows that. You could probably retrofit your home and save 10-20% on your electricity and heating bills. Why don't we give everybody a tax credit to retrofit their homes. That'll help Home Depot and Lowe's and the construction companies and we could save on our energy bills and have less greenhouse gases...

In my zip code, two new highway ramps were built. But, if you add it all up, it really "spreads the wealth around!"

My (needed) highway ramps are your pork.

Maybe Obama should have built one giant windmill to reach up and tap the jet stream!
