I think SS and Medicare both will need to be means-tested, only then should the eligibility date be adjusted. Before that happens though, gut our obscenely bloated military, end the dumbass wars, end the huge global troop concentrations often dating to WWII!

We should zero-base the entire gummint and start over at dime one. Go through what we're paying for, item by item, agency by agency - IN PUBLIC VIEW.
