That's the spirit. I presume you saw the Kagan thing where she was asked if the government had the power to do exactly that and she refused to answer

I do not want anybody on the Supreme Court that can't, or won't, answer that question. Anyone who can equivocate on whether the State's power of coercion goes that far is a clear and present danger, IMO.
