Hence the need for a unified theory. If the cure never happens,,,,how could it possibly work. I agree with your general sentiment, however, I also think it'll never be implemented. I agree with Robert Frosts approach, good fences make good neighbors....<g> profile the hell out of them instead of feeling up granny. By all means.... Crime would not go away, terrorists would not go away, man is a messy animal. Alas, since we can't stop all of these ills we'd best put our efforts into minimizing them.....
