I think the sword should be able to cut both ways... if BP is going to pay all damages, which they should, then they should also be able to file a law suit against obungle and the U.S. federal government for failing to accept known and legitimate world expert assistance when it was first offered, I think obungle and his morons are guilty of criminal neglect in this matter since they knew the consequences of refusing assistance and yet they still denied legitimate access to those who could have minimized the damage in the first place... this is a disgrace and those in Washington who are responsible for allowing this crisis to get out of hand should be required to pay the consequences, as well...
