I would be less prone to point out an eating disorder and the subsequent costs to society if it weren't for previous conversations about other sorts of disorders and those costs. I find it curious that food addiction gets a pass. Although to some extent it might very well be germane in that addiction of any sort does imply some sort of psychological imbalance (some might even say moral failing). Not sure that SCOTUS (for life)is a good place for someone with an obvious mental illness.

I agree entirely with this, but Kagan will hold high office and Pallin will not. So either you and I have very bad judgment or there is something unsettlingly strange going on.
