It seems to me a marijuana cruise would be a winner now. There are all sorts of cruises, even NPR runs a yearly cruise where you get to meet their "celebrities".

There's a glut of dope in CA. It seems like it would be easy to comp some growers to bring a few pounds of their best spliff to retail to the cruisers.

Just need to find a cruise line willing to partner..
