standard of living is a function of capital. Capital spreading more evenly, means less where it has been hogged more to where there was a dearth of it.

Thus, as you correctly say, they are going to be adjusted to more realistic proportions and relativity.

Meaning shirtless standard of living up. OECD standard of living down.
