A mere pittance compared to the greatest con ever run on the American People. Al Gore's campaign of preposterous hysteria, aka the Warm Monger, if successful, looks sure to award him billions in cash in one or two decades after losing his humiliating run for office in 2000. He's done it by duping the masses, complicity with the media, and lying to congress about his plans to profit from cap and trade.

Ted, > The article I read said her attorney figured out he was worth more than a billion.

Of course her lawyer is going to say that.

His lawyer is going to counter that Tiger is only worth like $250 million.

> Remember.....he started playing and winning when he was a kid. He's not a typical 30 something who started working when he was 21.

I don't know how much he's actively managed the marketing of his own image. Most of that was done by his sponsors, especially Nike.

By the way, I saw Tiger at Pebble Beach a few weeks ago. The guy really does have a presence on the golf course. A look of icy intensity can be seen on his face. Never relaxes for even a second. This is in stark contrast to, say, Phil Mickelson who is very easy-going and kind of walks with a slouch.

I've been watching Wimbledon. The commentators were discussing how much the athletes make from endorsements. The Williams sisters are kind of pissed that Maria Sharapova makes more than them (individually), $25-$35 million a year or so.

This is despite the fact that Maria never wins anymore, while the sisters win EVERYTHING.

That's tennis, women tennis players at that. What do you think Tiger was dragging home a year off the links?
