waiting until they suspend the pref dividends.

Good luck. :) If I waited last time (with pretty much the same warnings), I would have never bought it and sold for profit. I don't think the situation is different, in fact, I think it is better than it was 9 months ago. But you may be right and it may defer the dividends (they can't suspend - as in "not pay at all" - unless it goes BK ;)).

I bought today. I'll continue to buy. We'll see how it goes. ;)
