If I was stopping myself out manually and swiveling my head, I'd be in deep trouble now because my internet keeps going out! It's DSL, and I've had three technicians out trying to fix it over the last two weeks. I've learned some things. The phone wires that connect me stretch nearly three miles through half a dozen junction boxes before they get to Quest's optical hookup. Any tech working on one of the j-boxes on an unrelated problem can accidentally knock my connection offline, without ever knowing it. Next Wed., I'll have cable again for internet.
