I spoke with CPQ customer relations this morning.

There have been no CPQ insider sales in November. There won't be.
The John Rose and John White transactions occurred in the last week of October.

According to CPQ investor relations, directors and senior management are only permitted to sell their unregistered shares during 1 week of each quarter. That was the last week of October.

I believe the next open window will be the end of January. At that time, if there is a CPQ-anyone deal pending, insiders will be constrained from selling. (CPQ has publicly announced that it is seeking more authorized shares so that it can, among other things, acquire businesses.)

So, if anyone sees anymore CPQ insider trxs reported, they occurred during the last week of October, not after.
