Just to note, these ratios are price/cash, but NOT price/net cash, which is what matters in Graham investing. ;) I define net cash as cash plus short term investments minus ALL liabilities.

For example, in CABL's case the cash does not matter, it is dwarfed by huge non-current assets and liabilities.

In some of the companies net cash is close to the cash value the screener uses. :)
