Hi Rook.

Dead wrong - strong words.

My comments were directed by the fact that all juniors do it and AMS is no different in that respect. I was not trying to defend the practice nor rate them in their proper place. I did check and during the last year they have issued 1,680,000 options, certainly a huge amount. I have no intention to check out every stock on the junior exchanges but from your note I gather that you have and I will accept your comments as fact.

I do know that PFG has issued 1,935,000 options in the same period of time. This represents only 16.27% of shares outstanding rather than the 22% for AMS but the overall number is still quite high and I believe backs up my comment that many others do the same.

Don't get me wrong - I am not defending or condoning the practice. I have just come to accept it as a fact of life. Perhaps they are the biggest pigs at the trough but it is certainly a crowded trough.

If they come through and move the stock in a substantial way then I do not think too many will particularly care if one of the methods used was to issue options to the right people.

If not, and in a reasonably timely fashion, then I will voice my displeasure by dumping my shares.

Dan

BTW: PFG has tanked from a high over over $8.00 to about $1.20.

Hi Rook,****OFF TOPIC****

I noticed in your profile that you have listed PVM.V as one of your favourite stocks. That company sure has turned around while you were away in China. Closed $10,000,000 JV with South African Major on Uganda properties, two mutual funds recently invested money in company, and a large brokerage firm appears to have taken them under its wing - closed at $.60 this week up from a year low of $.19 this summer. Also on Thursday just recently landed prime property in the Cross Lake Discovery Zone.

Hope your trip in China was successful. My friend just got back and he said China was a real happening place.

As for AMS since you have been away they are under new management so give them a chance to forge a new path.
