That is a mighty interesting idea. I've been thinking about the same thing. Well, Moody's had nothing to do with my play.

One of those market correlations breaking down is the market down, Treasuries up. The Dollar weakness is changing this equation and there is a point (I do not know where it is yet), where Dollar weakness starts the exodus. You might see 4 on the ten in a matter of 1-2 weeks. It could come that quickly.

So, this is a good idea if you think the Dollar weakness is going to continue.

I'm not sure yet. How do I value a European pile of dog waste relative to a US pile of dog waste?

I'm unsure at the present.
