And what of those playing the S&P,DIJA, NASDAQ 100 futures,& the margin to the last cent they might borrow? Are they not in far greater than 90%? How long can this go on?

It's their right to do this in a free market. It's a highly risky strategy, but it outlawing such (long term) stupidity may create more problems than it would fix.

Smarter people will clean up when the day of reckoning comes. That's fair and how things should work.
