SAfrica police: Paris Hilton detained By ERIC NAKI (AP) – 18 minutes ago JOHANNESBURG — Two South African police officers say that Paris Hilton was detained in the city of Port Elizabeth, while in possession of marijuana. The officers spoke on condition of anonymity Friday, since they were not authorized to release Hilton's name before she appears in court. One officer said Hilton was caught with an unspecified amount of marijuana, and was appearing in court. A spokeswoman for police at Port Elizabeth, Brig.
