Yes sir that is the correct terminolgy, incredible and yet not incredible at the same time...obviously if people cannot balance their own checkbooks they cannot balance the nations checkbook but they sell suck a great deceitful incredible story and they sound so believable and truthful and down to earth and like next door neighbors. they never fooled me, but they I can see how they deceive most people and they are desperate for more suckers to come into the U.S. from down south.
