The truth is that illegal Hispanics will likely always take jobs away from Americans. They will live 15 to a house, share cars held together by baling wire, and work like dogs while smiling and laughing the whole time. There's much about them to be admired. Personally speaking, my experiences with Hispanic labor....yardwork, roofing, etc....plus the flood that my own church had to accomodate has been 100% positive. Wonderful people with well-behaved, loving children. They are the first to volunteer for the grunge work. Great sense of community. When they first started transferring in to our local church, there was some quiet grumbling among the church flock even thought we were prepared to assimilate them and it was costly to do so. Now there is nothing but admiration and love for them.....a total net positive from the whole experience.
