Given that we are only down 3/32 currently, this was obviously expected. However, I was surprised at how narrow a range the dates are: October 20, 1997 through November 3, 1997. Why do you think this is when the restatements are going back a couple of quarters?

Concur with you. This will bring about change a lot faster.

The suit in itself is only going to do the lawyers any good. There will
be little, if anything, but nothing of substance for the harmed
shareholders.

It is difficult to pick feathers off a toad.
