I am an old man who has studied history and politics, philosophy and social science, quantum physics and relativity, and everything else for over 50 years. I was also in politics for 30 years, including running several statewide programs and working on myriad political campaigns, including running once of our state legislaturre. I have also been a solid progressive for 50 years. I am a progressive first, a dem second and an Obama supporter third. Our society is divided between those who live according to myth, mostly conservatives; and those who live according to reason, mostly liberals (reality based community) I prefer reason to myth.
