I am going to do a little more studying when I finally catch up from a whirl wind weekend. We had lots of people.........many kids........food, fireworks, family and friends (the 4 "Fs") up at the cabin this weekend. We had quite the mess to clean up this morning but there were plenty of folks on hand to help. I'm pretty tired and feel like lazing around the rest of the day now that I'm home and all is put away. The laundry room keeps pulling on me, but I'm going to ignore it until tomorrow. I am going to find out what is best for me and try to follow the blood type diet for a little while just to see how I feel. Not that I don't feel good now........other than being tired. ;)
