actually, all that children have seen is increased premiums to date. children with pre-existing conditions were supposed to be covered immediately, but the health care companies took that provision out and didn't let the corporate controlled media report on it until after it was passed. oh, and the "health care for children" is simply forcing people to pay private companies whatever said private companies want to charge... such a deal... NOT! the healthy lower to medium class is now the poverty class. thank you democrats!
