I'm sure they DO! LOL!

Seriously though, for people with compromised immune systems, the medicine should come to THEM, to keep them separated from all those infected people.

Consider, in the hospital you have lines of people going from room to room dealing with all the sick people one by one, day in and day out. They may even take the time to wash their hands between people, as they're supposed to. But, they don't completely change outfits and shower, so they could still be carrying billions of microbes.

You have air handling systems that, to be energy efficient, only replace SOME of the air as it cycles through the hospital, a stew of all the patients airborne pathogen's. Some now deal with this, but only at great expense.
