Sam, or anyone...

On AOL's 10K they stated there were 100.7 million shares outstanding.
From newest release:Earnings (loss) per share $ 0.16

Weighted average shares
outstanding 118,880

I haven't seen the 10Q for this quarter yet, so maybe someone can enlighten us:

When and where were the ~18 million shares issued?
What money resulted from their issuance?
Do you feel that the dilution of ownership is significant?
TIA

>Uh...AOL seems to be bucking the trend today. Of course, its only mid-day.<

How magnanimous (self-serving) of you to base your erudite analysis on yesterday's instinet close instead of the NYSE close.
