I endorse the concept of fairness and equality of treatment. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of skin color.

The government, however, does not treat everyone equally. They force integration, they force hiring, they force acceptance, and they force quotas at gunpoint.

Ergo, instead of the best students being accepted, the best employees being hired, the best scholars being lauded, the best performers being promoted, the best tenants, renters, and leasers being housed, and the best contractors receiving contracts, we have a quota-based system which forces individuals, companies, and property owners to include certain groups based exclusively on the color of their skin.

An interesting case comes to mind. A few years ago, CUNY was sued because its admissions policy was deemed discriminatory toward Blacks. The board of regents argued that their admissions policies were based on specific prerequisite academic requirements. The courts disagreed. Ultimately, CUNY backed down, greatly lowered their admissions standards, and began to recruit and accept more Blacks as they agreed to in the settlement.

Then, the school was promptly sued again for what amounted to predatory admissions! That's right! Blacks sued the school for recruiting them when the college allgedly knew they would not be able to pass the courses, even when the standards were greatly lowered!

Unbelievable!

So, first the school was sued and forced to recruit and enroll more Blacks. Then when they complied under duress, they were sued again for what amounted to predatory admissions practices!

Essentially:

"Include us or we'll sue!" (which they did)

...followed by...

"You included us when you knew we could not meet even the much-lowered standards! We're suing you!"

Only attorneys, the government, and civil rights activists enjoy such insanity.
