That Obama was awarded the Peace prize without a single significant accomplishment to his name (other than getting elected) is proof enough. But it is a pattern. Obama? Al Gore? El Baradei & IAEA? WTF? Jimmy Carter? None of these persons received the Prize based on any real accomplishment. Kofi Annan, a thief and criminal, and The UN? Make me f*cking laugh. All of these "winners" have one thing in common: Anti-Americanism. They hate America or at the least have acted against American interests. Nothing to do with accomplishment at all, as far as I can see.
