could a business owner allow smoking then? did everyone have to get health insurance of be fine then? did they have to wear seat belts on their horses or be fine then ? could you pray at school or in a gov building then ?

the only thin non land owners lost was the right to vote and most people today don't vote and when they do they vote for total POS like Obama, so they shouldn't vote anyway.
