Jeez, dude, move up here. I can't guarantee you no hassles, but you'd definitely be above break-even and have at least fairly wide discretion re. course of treatment -- remember my story last year where the 14 year old girl called the pneumologist in Rimouski? She had no problem calling him, and he had no problem ordering a CAT scan and Bronchoscopy ... it was all decided on the spot (& telephone) that same afternoon. Seriously, we need doctors up here ... <s>
