Either our nation contains the most criminally evil people on the planet (a proposition that I completely REJECT!)... 2). Or else we have too many bad laws. (Mostly of the 'Big Brother' / Nanny State sort where the government tries to stick it's ever-loving nose into people's private lives and tell then how to live those lives....)
