Yes, I saw that. All signs point to further downside risk. I remain in cash. I recently used a portion of my cash to pay off my house. I can't find anything with low risk that can return more than the interest after tax savings I was paying. So it made sense.

If the DOW would come back down to 7-8K, then I'd think about getting back in, but it looks like we may be in for a long grind downwards.
